Oakwood Park is located south of Wimborne Minster town centre.  The A31 runs through two sections of the site with Oakley located to the south.

The wider development will add a total of 550 homes and a new 62 bedroom care home to the local community. A plan showing Phase 1 (285 dwellings) can be seen below.
