Car Club & Car Sharing

    Brooklands Grove Enterprise Car Club

    Brooklands Grove will have not one, but two Car Club vehicles available to residents and the general public! We are pleased to get Enterprise Car Club on board for this development, supporting the promotion of sustainable travel.

    Car Club vehicles are a method of hiring a vehicle on a temporary period of time which can be booked online, via the app or over the phone and access a car for just 30 minutes or up to days at a time. Car Clubs play an important role in future sustainable transport. Each Car Club vehicle displaces 20 private cars. Car Clubs allow you to book a dedicated vehicle, drive it to the destination you require and then return it back to the same parking space. Car Club vehicles are available 24/7, 365 days of the year and you only pay for the time and distance travelled!

    Cars will be cleaned and ready to go once they are booked where you then simply need to turn up and unlock using a smartcard system. Membership for Car Clubs include insurance cleaning, servicing and refuling! Membership to your Car Club also allows you access to all other Car Clubs operated by Enterprise across the UK, not just your dedicated Car Club.

    Car Club will be available in the development from August 2026, and an additional vehicle will join the development in November 2026 in-line with he build out of the site. Cala Homes will provide 3 year free membership allowing easy sign up to your Car Club. We’ll let you know when your Car Club vehicle arrives or visit back here for more information on when it will be launched.
