    Terms and Conditions of the Prize Draw

    These are the Terms and Conditions of the prize draw for those who have opted-in as part of completing the Resident Travel Survey (“the Prize Draw”).

    1. The Prize Draw is open to people aged 18 years and over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the Prize Draw.
    2. The Promoter of the Prize Draw is i-Transport LLP – The Square, Basing View, Basingstoke, RG21 4EB 
    3. Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry (or refuse to award the prize) to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions
    4. To enter the Prize Draw you must complete the Travel Plan Questionnaire and consent to your details being submitted into the draw by completing the relevant opt-in box. The Prize Draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
    5. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
    6. The closing date of the Prize Draw is the same as the closing date for the Travel Plan Questionnaire. Entries received outside this time period will not be admitted into the draw.
    7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or misdirected or not successfully completed due to a technical fault or any other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry will not be considered as proof of receipt.
    8. A winner will be chosen by random draw within two weeks of the closing date (the “Draw Date”).
    9. The winner will receive a £50 voucher for only one of the options presented on the Travel Plan Survey.
    10. The winner will be notified by post or email (using details provided at entry) two weeks of the Draw Date. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within ten days of being notified by the Promoter, or rejects their prize, or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
    11. The prize will be sent to the winner by post or email within 14 days of the winner’s acceptance and of the prize being received by the Promoter.
    12. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
    13. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so. The Promoter also reserves the right to modify or discontinue this Prize Draw with or without prior notice if it becomes necessary to do so.
    14. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
    15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded due to applicable unfair contract terms legislation. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer as a result of participating in or downloading materials in connection with the Prize Draw. Your statutory rights are not affected.
    16. Personal data supplied during the course of this Prize Draw will only be processed as set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Notice. See also condition 17 (below) with regard to the announcement of winners.
    17.  The Promoter must make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of the prize winner to anyone who emails enquiries@i-transport.co.uk, bartonfarmtpc@i-transport.co.uk, bucklersparktpc@i-transport.co.uk, southwoodmewstpc@i-transport.co.uk, stpetersquartertpc@i-transport.co.uk or rivermeadgardenstpc@i-transport.co.uk or writes to i-Transport LLP, The Square, Basing View, Basingstoke, RG21 4EB (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the Draw Date. If you object to this information being made available to the public on request, please contact the Promoter, i-Transport LLP at enquiries@i-transport.co.uk. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
    18. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
